UK Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All non-personalised orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for personalised orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Click and Collect is available by appointment only.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

RoyalMail 1st Class - 1 business days

RoyalMail  2nd Class - 2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Damages

SRT Designs Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the UK.

Environmental

We use eco-friendly padded envelopes which have paper outers and inners and are 100% recyclable. Their paper corrugated fluting provides a cushioning internal layer to protect products throughout the transit period, helping your goods get to you in the same condition they leave us in.

The cardboard twist wrap mailers we use for shipping are manufactured from 100% recyclable material.

By recycling your packaging at the end of its use, it reduces the amount of waste that ends up in landfill.
